Returns, Refunds, T&Cs


Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt, a credit note will be issued

Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.

Refunds for faulty or damaged goods will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

We will accept returns of bathers, under these conditions, as long as they are unworn. Bathers must be tried on wearing full briefs and returns will only be accepted in instances where the hygiene stickers and all tags are intact. All bathers will be assessed prior to any returns being processed.

For health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the purchase of underwear or earrings unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

No return or exchange on sale items. change of mind on laybys will encur the loss of layby deposit

If you have requested a refund for your online order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

As Bonnie Parker is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.


Present your online invoice at any Bonnie Parker retail store within 14 days of order receipt.

The method of payment used to make your purchase must be presented.

Orders made via Paypal may be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice: please note that the cardholder name must be identical on both the original invoice and a form of photo identification must be presented. Change of mind on lay-bys will incur loss of deposit

If any of the above cannot be provided, a gift card will be issued.
